A house divided.

Today, we are a house divided.

My husband and Linden are cheering for Canada. Calder and I are cheering for the USA.

Who are you cheering for?

  1. USA! Thanks for sharing this video. I'm a hockey mom who won't get to watch the game today because we'll be traveling for my son's hockey tournament this weekend. We live in Savannah, GA and even though he had to switch to inline hockey to keep playing here, we live hockey in this family.

  3. USA all the way - and our young Defenseman - Justin Faulk from the Carolina Hurricanes is getting to play because Paul Martin is injured or sick.

  4. High five! You're welcome! A friend shared it on Facebook and I thought it was great. I hope your son's tournament goes well - keep me posted on that!

  8. I'm late to the game... but U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!!!! Why? Well, because I'm from here, I'm a USAF veteran, and my first hockey memory is 2/22/1980 Miracle on Ice.
Also because, in case you didn't know, my "son-in-law," Joe Pavelski, plays for Team USA. And since my daughter's a redhead, I'll do just about anything to avoid angering the redhead (such as telling her Joe Pavelski's already married and has a child) - so I reckon I'd have to cheer for him regardless of what country he was playing for.
